Model Analytics helps BIM teams monitor the health and performance of Revit Cloud Worksharing models inside Autodesk Construction Cloud. As the product evolved from legacy Project Analytics into Autodesk’s ecosystem, I helped define the service-tier, capacity, and lifecycle model for a future monetization path — turning shifting backend rules into a clearer experience for users and a more concrete operating model for the team.
