About Adrian

I'm a lead product designer. Most of my work is enterprise software: search systems, permission architecture, AI-assisted workflows.

Over the past several years I've led design for enterprise search products, shipped ML-powered web apps, and worked inside larger platform ecosystems. My background spans visual design and front-end development and I've always moved between the two.

I'm NN/Group and LUMA certified. The research foundation is part of my process, and the facilitation side has become just as important: running workshops, getting cross-functional teams aligned, helping people make decisions.

Outside of work I'm usually building something, reading about systems, or taking apart whatever caught my attention that week.
